Why is image so important..because in every walk of life we are judged by our appearance. When you feel good, you are more confident, you stand straighter, you smile more and you speak with more conviction.

The colour that you are  wearing makes the initial impact so by understanding how colour is made up, you can see  how colours look together and work best to flatter you.

When you wear colour near your face, the light reflects it upwards. This can cast either flattering tones or dark shadows, depending on the mix of the colour and your skin tone.

There is a phychological aspect to colour and the colours you wear can communicate non verbal messages of various kinds. Soft and light tones will make you appear friendly and approachable while a red top in the right shade will help you to feel more confident.

The most women choose the right colours instinctively and they certainly know what they don’t like. They just have to know what qualities of colour they need to complement their natural colouring.

If when you try on a garment you see the colour before you see yourself then it is not the right!
